Sable Bay

Planned as a luxury golf course community Sable Bay features single family homes, attached homes and eight 10-story mid-rise condominium towers. Nearly four square miles, Sabal Bay will have around 2,000 residential units and 18 holes of golf . Future plans for the develpment also include 260,000 square feet of commercial space and 250 hotel rooms. Home prices start in the $700's and up to over a million.

Sierra Grande

Sierra Grande is a 300-unit condominium community offering one-, two- and three-bedroom homes ranging from 826 to 1,228 square feet. The community consists of 10 buildings.
