Arrowhead

Most of the single-family houses with a wide variety of popular Rutenberg floorplans and the two-bedroom golf villas at Heritage Greens surround the 6,900-yeard, 18-hole public Arrowhead golf course, designed by Gordon G. Lewis. Heritage Greens residents do not have to pay golf membership fees, yet get preferred tee times and the use of the two lighted tennis courts, picnic area, children's playground and community center that includes a fitness facility, heated spa and lap pool. Swimming pools are located in a number of neighborhoods as well.

Grey Oaks

Grey Oaks attracts avid golfers and those who just want to live in a beautiful setting. It is an award-winning master-planned community with a wide variety of neighborhoods that feature luxury condos, villas and single-family estates. Clifton, Ezell and Clifton, designed the Pine and Palm golf courses. Bob Cupp added a third course in the Estuary neighborhood. There is an 18-hole putting course built to USGA specifications as well. Amenities including eight tennis courts, lagoon-style swimming pools, two clubhouses with formal and casual dining and fitness facilities. Residents may own their own golf carts.
